Which controller test do you need?
All four pages use the same tester. The brand pages use the button names from that controller and come with fixes for that model. Pick the gamepad tester for any other controller, such as 8BitDo, Switch Pro or a generic USB pad.
- Your character moves on its own: use Measure drift. Values above about 5% at rest are drift.
- A button sometimes does nothing: press it repeatedly and watch it light up every time.
- Rumble feels weak: try the vibration test, which runs each motor on its own.

Why does my controller not show up?
Press a button after connecting it. Browsers only show a controller once it has sent input, for privacy reasons.
What is stick drift?
Drift is when a stick reports movement while nobody touches it. It usually comes from wear or dirt in the stick sensor.
